LAFAM is continuing its “Pathway to Resilience” programme for refugee children and young people at Sharyah Camp, in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. This programme of extracurricular activities is designed to support young people in their personal and social recovery, helping them gradually reconnect with others, return to education and, in time, access training and develop new skills. Through listening, learning, group activities and long-term support, LAFAM seeks to create the conditions for young people to regain confidence, strengthen their independence and develop the capacity to shape their own future.
